No effort was made to diagnose the problem with the 2019 Traverse.
A local mechanic had to fix the problem.
I will never bring a vehicle back for service to Sun Chevrolet and will never purchase a vehicle from Sun Chevrolet.

Dropped 2007 Z06 off for inspection and oil change on Thursday 8/20. I was called at 6:35 PM that car was ready but cashier closes at 7 PM. During call service rep told me that owners card "got wet" and they were sorry. Since it was a rainy day, I asked if the car got wet, I was told no....probably someone dropped card on the ground. I dropped what I was doing to get to dealer to pick up car. Paperwork was not ready. Could not find attendant who could drive standard shift so I had to wait for service mgr to bring to front. Paperwork still not ready. I stood waiting with the receptionist/cashier in main lobby as she was not happy either as it was after 7 PM. She did inform me that "She did her job..." so that was of course comforting to me and I started to get a feel for the teamwork at Sun Chevy. Once I got the car, the door pockets were 1/4" with water and the driver and passenger side carpets were stacked under the mats halfway across the floor. No one was there but one helpful salesman who told me that he saw that the car had water in it and it was not something that I had done. I left the car for attention the next day and the service department did try to dry carpets out the next day. How is it that it could occur to me (who is not in the car business) that if the owners card is wet maybe the car got wet inside? Why would no one check that? Why wouldn't the person who left the car outside with the windows open report that to someone? How should I feel in the future about getting accurate, truthful, observant input from Sun service?
