Why Would You Need a Courtesy Vehicle?
Courtesy vehicles are cars, SUVs, and trucks we loan to drivers who have their vehicle in our service shop. When you have an appointment to get to, an office to get to, or if you just want to get out of the waiting room, a courtesy vehicle is for you. Courtesy vehicles give you the freedom you need while we service your vehicle.
What Kind of Chevy Vehicles Qualify as Courtesy Vehicles?
Chevrolet vehicles that qualify as courtesy vehicles all have a few things in common. For one, they are not titled or registered to a previous private owner. They are instead service vehicles at our dealership. Similarly, these vehicles are typically considered "new" or "gently used." Courtesy vehicles will also typically be selected from the most recent model years, ensuring you always have a reliable, new model to rely on temporarily. Expect models like the Chevy Equinox, Chevy Silverado 1500, and Chevy Trax as common courtesy vehicle options.
When Can You Get a Courtesy Vehicle?
Customers can get a courtesy vehicle when they bring their vehicle in for service. To receive one, request one when speaking with our service team. As long as a courtesy vehicle is available, you can use it until your vehicle is ready for pickup. Please keep in mind that our courtesy vehicles are limited.
