Sun Chevrolet Service Center knows how hectic life can get. If you find yourself unable to get to the dealership, we will pick you up within a 5 mile radius. Please call for details and special accommodations! It is important to us that your vehicle get the attention and proper maintenance it deserves. WHAT TO EXPECT AT OUR SERVICE CENTER
We have adapted our safety and sanitation standards to make sure we are taking care of you,
please take note of the following changes to our service:
- Complimentary Pick-Up and Drop-Off for local customers
- Limiting the amount of online wait appointments
- Vehicle touch points completely disinfected. Plastic coverings added
- We are asking customers to utilize our drop box to limit direct contact with one another
- Providing additional sanitation stations throughout
- Increased cleanings of heavy traffic areas
While in one of our 20 service bays, your vehicle will be safe in the hands of our master certified technicians. Our mechanic staff has over 80 years of combined experience and each member is fully trained to handle Corvettes and other models. We have additional ongoing training daily to ensure the best diagnostic approaches and bulletin checks with every concern.
When the door opens, drive on into our breezeway. You will be greeted by a service advisor or our shuttle driver/concierge who will place a mat in your vehicle and top off your washer fluid. If you prefer to stay and wait while your vehicle is serviced, kick back and relax in our lounge, fully equipped with free Wi-Fi.
After your vehicle has been serviced and you have received your complimentary car wash, visit our cashiers' desk. We have two cashiers, Lois and Linda, who are ready to assist! If you are picking up your vehicle after 6 p.m. or on a Saturday, pick-up is in the Showroom, where the receptionist will have the repair orders for retrieving vehicles.
