I requested the shuttle service to take me home after dropping my car off. It was late it the day, so they provided an Uber for me. It was greatly appreciated!

The team at Sun worked to help locate a new 2025 truck with my specifications very quickly and gave me a very good price on the trade in for my old truck despite it being in their shop for service. Salesman, Jack Shaw was great. Very responsive and kept me updated thru the whole process.

I was just in for the vehicle's first oil change and I was there for nearly 2 hours. I think my vehicle sat in the check in lane for an hour before it was taken in for service. I have had decent experiences in the past but this one shouldn't have taken more than 45 minutes at the most in my opinion. I don't think they were that busy but it was on a Friday and I have no way of knowing what their work load was. I wonder if being it was the vehicles first oil change since purchase and at no cost, I may have been put on the back burner. I guess I'll be doing my own oil changes from now on. 30 minutes and I'll be back on the road.

They were able to locate the car I wanted and had everything done and ready for me to pick up quickly.

I had a 12:45 appointment for State Inspection and Emission only. At 3:30 I was still waiting. Not something to brag about.

I was happy to receive a free oil change on my Corvette, but I had to call Chevrolet to alert them of this situation. Chevrolet customer service said selling dealer could perform the transmission oil change if they wanted to. No one was initially forthcoming who the selling dealer was which turned out to be Sun.

On time delivery of my scheduled service with great communication of the entire process.

I worked with Adam at Sun Chevy, and he was amazing! He was patient, kind and understanding. Never got frustrated when I would ask a million questions. He made the buying process so easy, and simple. I couldn’t have asked for better for my first time buying a car!!

This was my first experience buying a car and Adam Keene was very patient and friendly. My general car knowledge was somewhat limited, but Adam thoroughly answered all of my questions and explained any terms that I was unfamiliar with. He helped guide me through the buying process and what to expect afterwards. He showed me a car that fit my needs without trying to push a bunch of extra "bells and whistles" that I did not need, which I appreciate.

Salesman Jack Shaw was great, answered questions, was patient and kept the process moving forward through negotiations to a final agreement making the delivery of the 2025 Stingray a reality. The car was prepped fully and so far no problems at 300 miles. Jack is exemplary.

Brought in my 2015 gmc sierra on 7-21-25 for a/c issues. Service stated no leak, just a compressor. Picked up the vehicle and within a week had to take it back because again, the a/c wasn't working properly. It was now diagnosed with a leak in the condenser. Now Sun is trying to charge me as a new,seperate claim, when it's obvious it was a pre-existing condition a week earlier. Kathy Slimick and Chris Blasi, in service, have been excellent to work with. The issues aren't with them.

My 2024 Silverado had a clunking noise coming from the front (right) took it in service said after inspection it service advised it was safe to drive. I had a concern due to making a 5 week trip out west (National Parks). Took it back with my concerns, after a day I was contacted by service and they advised it was a bad something in the front (right) and it needed a steering part it’s still in the shop as of Aug 14 and I am expecting to leave on the 15. Hopefully it will be done today.

Brock, the service tech was fantastic! Very friendly and professional. My vehicle was done in a timely manner.

My only criticism, I did feel rushed through the process of purchasing my vehicle because it was month end, but that is also on me because I could have stayed with my original appointment. I was also planning on obtaining a check ready option through PNC Bank, but did not have time to get that in order. I would have had a 5.64% interest rate vs. the 6.99% I received.

Not knowing much about cars I relied on Suns personnel to guide me in getting the correct work done. They did and I left smiling.

I can’t believe that I only had 10,000 miles on my Blazer and the Bridgestone tires had 3/32 on the two front tires. The factory tires are junk. I should have checked the tread on them before I leased them. Chevy told me to go back to the dealership to see if I can get resolution. Chevy could have made good but you all just want to rip off the consumer. Why do you think everyone hates dealing with car dealerships. Well, once again here is another example. Never will go near Sun Chevy again. Have a 3 yr lease. Learned again my car dealer lesson. I will never hear back from whomever because it’s a major internal rip off you are pulling over on the public and it would be an admission of such.

I had stopped in to ask about a new truck that was still in transit and spoke with Adam who told me he would call me as soon as it gets delivered which is what happened. Everything from the initial talks to driving off the lot in my new vehicle was extremely easy and convenient.

Took my car in for oil change &tire rotation, Brock called me and said my inspection was up in October I told him to go ahead with inspection, he called back later said he couldn't find the owners card I told him it was on the passenger seat, he called back about 30 minutes later and said the car would not pass inspection because of the wiper blades I told him to new ones on,he called back 30 minutes later and said the car wouldn't pass inspection because the tires were dry rotted, I told him don't inspect the car I'm not going to fall for this, I got a text about 15 minutes later said car was done, I called Brock back left a message to send the driver to pick me up never heard from him I called back to service to send the driver to pick me up I called back 30 minutes later spoke with Lois she would send him waited another hour before being picked up ,Brock was nowhere to be found, but I left a message for him to have the owner call me, that hasn't happened yet, paid the bill they brought the car around I took it to Goodyear to look at the tires they said they where fine,I showed them the old wiper blades they said nothing was wrong with them, I have 6 vehicles in my garage at this time, I have bought 26 vehicles from Sun Chevrolet over the years you would think that the owner would reach out to me, I think I'm done with sun

I think I did a prior review on the regarding a clunking noise coming from my front end. Turns out it was a bad axle (CV) it was replaced but did not take the clunking noise away just made it softer when turning right. I was told it was safe to drive, due to a vacation taking us to 5 national parks out west. I trust the dealership.so off we went. so far we made it from Roosevelt NP to Glacier NP, clunk is still there not getting worse just the same. 3 more NP to go then home to have it checked out again hopefully GM and Sun can figure it out Shot out to Chris and Kathy for there help 2 good employees along with the mechanics.

Service Advisor was very helpful with excellent service provided.

We were disappointed that we had to spend 3 hours in service the day after we bought the car as engine light and alarm came on due to a faulty ground wire between the cooling fan and the engine. I was also disappointed that no one pointed out that the gate did not have a button on the driver’s door to open and close although I was happy with the heated seats and steering wheel. If I had known about the gate we might have considered a higher amenity package.

Here’s the results of the service noise (Clunking) in order 1. Aug 8: tech checked everything heard noise but all was ok. Tighten all components all safe 2. Aug 11: same noise check discovered the entire steering rack was moving bushing had extreme excess wear, replaced; and front end alignment but still had a clunk when turning right not as bad. Steering wheel was slight cant to the left told to bring it back after my trip Went on vacation across USA put 7k on the truck 3. Sept 30: Back for the clunk, had it for two days they heard the clunk retighten all components found nothing wrong never fixed the steering wheel that was off center never addressed this issue Its hasn’t clunked so far but gave up on this dealership (Sun Chevrolet PA)

The Sun Chevrolet salesman Camden Zaken is a very polite and charismatic young man and is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles which we were inquiring. He knew every detail about the exterior, engine, drive train and interior features including how the systems are controlled and setup. He gave me an my wife the time to discuss things without feeling rushed or pressured to make a purchase and he always had a smile on his face. I would definitely request Camden to be my salesman on future purchases. The finance director Rachel Crowley is very intelligent, proficient and efficient. She was able to put together the numerous financial documents accurately and explained every detail so that we understood all the documentation completely. It took more than two hours for an oil and filter change. My appointment was for 11:oo a.m., and I arrived at approximately 10:45 a.m. My vehicle went in at around noon, and I left after 1:00 p.m. For the charge of around $80.00, I expect quicker turnaround.
